Shipping Policy:

All items are shipped from the UK via Royal Mail. Upon dispatch, you should expect the item to arrive within 1-3 working days. However, some specific items (e.g. accessories) have different processing, packing, and shipping times, meaning they may arrive earlier or later. These delivery times will be included in the item(s) description.

Standard Shipping - 3-5 working days
Express Shipping - 1-3 working days                                                                        
International Shipping - 5-7 working days

 Pre-Order items can take between 3-4 weeks (to arrive at our business headquarters once received will be shipped out within 1-2 business days of their arrival (Business days are Monday-Friday and do not include weekends and/or holidays).

Once your order is confirmed, we are no longer able to alter the delivery address under any circumstances.

Refunds:

We currently do not accept refunds. All sales are final, so make sure to select the correct size and input the correct shipping & billing address. If, for some reason, you input the wrong shipping address and the package is returned to me, you must pay for the new shipping label to be sent to your revised shipping address.

If, for some unknown reason, you receive a defective or damaged item (meaning holes, scratches, rips, or unintentional stains), please email n.itials.syn@gmail.com with your order number and picture(s) of the defects & damages within 1 day of receiving the item so we can assess how to proceed with the situation.

AUTHENTICITY:

At N-ITIALS, authenticity is one of the most admired & cherished aspects of our brand. Therefore, to maintain its authenticity, we have created a way to authenticate items and determine whether an item is real.

Send an email attaching a photo of the N-ITIALS item focusing on the areas you believe to be fake on the N-ITIALS item you purchased via another e-commerce platform other than us. We usually reply within 3 working days. However, please allow up to 4 working days for a response on whether the item is real.

If you receive an item that isn't dispatched by us, please feel free to email us a photo of the N-ITIALS item and send us an image of the seller's account profile. This prevents items from being resold via other e-commerce platforms.

N-ITIALS is produced exclusively for personal wear and is not permitted to be sold by any other parties. If you are aware of individuals violating this, please feel free to contact us via Email, Instagram, Twitter & other social platforms we operate.
